There are multiple ways to get in touch and get the ball rolling with your project. Simply visit the showroom, we’re open seven days, give us a call 01467 627880 or email directlinesales@laings.co.uk. We’ll ask you to take sizes of your room and ask a few simple questions regarding your project.
Laings Directline’s principle of simple affordable luxury begins with an appointment with one of its expert designers. Our designers will get to know you throughout your consultation to determine your exact requirements and offer advice that’s tailored to suit your needs. We’ll discuss installation options; whether you have your own installer or if you would like Laings Directline to install for you.
For the small fee of £50 your designer will then get to work creating a design based on the brief and budget discussed at your consultation. Your initial £50 deposit is fully refundable against the cost of your project should you chose to go ahead with Laings Directline.
We will then invite you back to our award winning showroom where you will be presented with high quality visuals demonstrating what your finished room will look like. We’ll present an estimate and discuss finer detail of your project.
You love your design and you’re happy to go ahead. Our team will discuss delivery options and prepare a full installation pack. The orders are all placed and our administration team will keep you up to date with your order as it progresses to delivery and should you have chosen, installation.
