Should you have any issues with any of the products you order, due to damage, unsuitability or surplus, our Returns Policy is as follows:
Shortages or damages must be reported within 7 days unless the item is deemed to be faulty
Tiles & bespoke products are non-returnable unless found to be faulty
Credits are not automatically issued
